Twice Is Nice! is the 13th episode from Season 3 of Barney & Friends.

Plot[]

Barney, Baby Bop, BJ, and their friends are going on a scavenger hunt. During that, they meet a new friend that Tosha met the other day, her name was Ashley. Ashley came by and asked the teacher for some markers. Then, they got confused because they also met Ashley's twin sister, Alissa, the girl that she accidently bumped into Julie. After the scavenger hunt for the class, the gang realizes that both Ashley and Alissa are twins.

This episode marks the first appearance for both Ashley and Alissa, the twin girls. They later became main characters in Season 4 and 5.
During the first verse of "Friends of Mine," Barney lip synches to a lyric that he doesn't sing.
This is the second episode to feature one boy and four girls. The first one was actually A Camping We Will Go!, Shawn is the only boy in this episode.
This is the fourth time something happens to the Barney doll before coming to life. It's when Julie found a hula-hoop, and put it where the Barney doll was sitting.
This is the first time a hula-hoop is stuck to Barney.
